Midsummer Bloom

I just received this photo that the beautiful Natalie Lynn has taken for her Wedding business. It reminds me of the Swedish midsummer and I have decided to throw a midsummer party when it starts getting a little warmer. Maybe we could be in a park somewhere around Brisbane. Anyways, I'm now making a cup of tea and crashing down on the couch :)

My Wish List

This is my little 'wish list' for the rest of 2011. I've started making cushions with my own prints on them so I need to find a cheap sewing machine to finish it all, I'm pretty excited actually.. will post a picture when they're done. I'm also in need of a great camera for my studio set of lights, this time I'm thinking a Canon 5D (not the cheapest) but extremely good :) Well, I guess I need a piggy-bank first of all...

Rainbow Beach

I had an amazing weekend up the coast with my baby. We drove up to Rainbow Beach and stayed over night. It is the best feeling to wake up to the sunrise with the whole beach to yourself. I feel very inspired at the moment, it's funny how one weekend can make you so relaxed and ready to start new little projects. I've got one coming but I'll post more about it as soon as my prints has arrived.

This is one of my favorite photos of me and partner, it was taken by our friend and photographer Nat Lynn who is absolutely amazing at capturing the right moments. I have it as my screen saver for my iPhone and I never get tired of looking at it.

I love photographing people I know and what's important to them, so when I had the opportunity to spend a day with my cousin and her horse I got some shots that I'm really happy with. More photos will be coming up shortly but until then I'm posting this one.

I'm originally from a small town in Sweden and I have only lived in Brisbane for about a year so I'm still exploring. My dream is to build a career in photography & design to be able to live on my interests.
